Eric Bolles

Eric Bolles, Sales Associate, has more than 15 years of sales and management experience. Prior to coming to Callander Commercial Eric headed the Kalamazoo operation for Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible office space. Eric is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelors of Business Administration majoring also in Computer Information Systems. With his strong business and leadership background Eric brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of commercial real estate. Eric specializes in retail, office and industrial sales and leasing, representing both buyers and sellers. Eric and his family have been impacted and are passionate in support of the Cornelia De Lange Foundation. His business experience and humanitarian commitment enable Eric to offer honest and transparent market expertise to any customer in West Michigan.
