Eric obtained his Illinois Real Estate Broker's License in 2003. In 2013, he closed 92 transactions, about his average for the past 3 to 4 years. This includes residential, commercial, and farm transactions. In 2013, he was number one in commercial volume, including farmland sales. Eric’s experience in sales through Northern Illinois includes the following counties: Lee -Boone -DeKalb -Bureau -LaSalle -Mercer -Whiteside -Henry -McHenry -Kane -Ogle -Will -Carroll -Winnebago -Cook -Ford Eric strives for customer satisfaction in my transactions and assist in every phase of the sale process including: coordinating title work, deed preparation, surveys, buyer financing, zoning issues, and FSA requirements for change in ownership of operation on farm land. Eric’s strong agricultural ties come from growing up on a grain and livestock farm outside of Harvard, Illinois, where he still owns land and helps his father with the farming operation whenever possible.
