Eric M. Berlin joined Rock Spring Real State Solutions as Executive Vice President in 2025 specializing in tenant representation services in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Mr. Berlin has concentrated his efforts in Northern Virginia for 35+ years with a focus on the Alexandria and Arlington submarkets. He specializes in representing the interests of government contractors, technology companies, as well as national associations and non-profit organizations, managing their transactions and portfolios in all aspects of the real estate process. Prior to joining Rock Spring Real Estate Solutions Mr. Berlin was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield for 16 years, and a Vice President with Grubb & Ellis Company for ten years.
