Eric entered the commercial brokerage business in 2010 after receiving his degree in finance and MBA, both at Bentley University. He has experience in retail, office and industrial sales and leasing, with notable transactions with Stanley Black & Decker, The Hospital for Special Care, CT Bar Association, Polar Aerospace Corporation, Allstate Insurance, Cricket Wireless, Popeyes Chicken, Boost Mobile, Access Health CT ("Obamacare") and many others. Licensed broker in Connecticut and Massachusetts. He also has extensive experience in multifamily investment sales and management, with a focus on value-add opportunities. He has completed his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation to bring further financial investment knowledge and analysis to his clients’ real estate decisions.
