Eric Abroms

Eric is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in both Real Estate and Marketing. Since 1994, Eric has concentrated on retail tenant site selection, portfolio disposition, land assemblage, project leasing and development. Starting his career with Chelsea Moore, he moved to Eagle Realty Group (subsidiary of Western Southern Life) where he implemented a commercial real estate brokerage entity. Following that success, Steve Brandt of Brandt Retail Group a specialty retail real estate firm, took notice and recruited Eric and his expertise. Eric is a founding principal of OnSite Retail Group, holding his brokers license in Ohio, Kentucky and Arizona. A member of ICSC and a CCIM candidate, he has completed over 525 career transactions. Whether on a local, regional or national level, Eric provides exclusive tenant representation and actively represents developers on site acquisition for existing or ground-up developments. Aside from Eric’s involvement in commercial real estate brokerage, he has owned and managed multi-family residential developments and developed single tenant and multi-tenant projects for Men’s Wearhouse, Verizon Wireless, Aspen Dental, Vitamin Shoppe, Buckeye Check Cashing, Jason’s Deli, Giordano’s, Petland, BoRic’s Haircare, DaVita Dialysis, Trader Joe’s, David’s Bridal, Buffalo Wild Wings, ALDI, Salon Lofts, Aqua Tots, Orange Theory, Duck Donuts, Premier Health and Club Pilates.
