Emma Diaz serves as Vice President of LOCATE Commercial Real Estate offering an extensive background in real estate marketing and asset exposure. Emma offers a full range of brokerage services including but not limited to; tenant/landlord representation, agency leasing, site selection, acquisition/disposition, and market analysis. Prior to joining LOCATE Commercial Real Estate, Emma lead all marketing initiatives at Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors. Responsibilities included; managing and coordinating all listings for exposure and accuracy, curating custom site surveys, proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, etc. and negotiating all vendor contracts. ? With over $5 million in brokered real estate deals within the first six months of licensing and now over 5 years of brokerage experience, Emma is equipped to help you quickly and efficiently with your real estate needs. Her high energy, optimism, work-ethic, and relationships streamline the process for any local or national project.
