Emma Brooks

An RICS Registered Valuer, she has a broad range of expertise in the valuation of residential and commercial properties, including HMOs, across the West Midlands and beyond. Emma acts predominantly for banks and other lenders to provide valuations for lending purposes, as well as for pension fund, taxation, accounting and statutory matters. She has also represented valuation clients at the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). She enjoys the variety that working in valuation brings, enabling her to visit a large industrial site one day and a luxury block of apartments the next. In her own time, Emma enjoys going to festivals and listening to live music, as well as travelling and providing a taxi service to her two children!
