Emily Qing Hui Wang originally came from China and has lived in Philadelphia for almost 30 years. Emily is very familiar with the Greater Philadelphia in real estate, diverse culture and the local economy. As a Certified International Property Specialist(CIPS) and a global realtor with Century 21 Advantage Gold, she has been working in residential and commercial property sales in the Greater Philadelphia area for almost 20 years. She has earned many top sales, quality service and AREAA A-List top producer awards. Emily always spends time learning and upgrading herself about knowledge in the real estate industry. She has a background in Chinese language interpretation, immigration and family law paralegal. Emily has been heavily involved and volunteering in AANHPI and other underserved communities in homeownership; affordable, sustainable and fair housing, equal access to social resources through her volunteer positions, outreach, networking and collaboration with local, state, national and international real estate associations and organizations. Emily currently serves as: Director of Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors(GPAR) & Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR); CIPS Advisory Board of National Association of Realtors(NAR); Co-founder and past vice president of Asian Real Estate Association of America Greater Philadelphia Chapter (AREAA); Advisory Board of Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia; Commissioner of Philadelphia Commission for Women. Emily also volunteers in assisting women and children from domestic violence and education to Chinese parents for raising capable kids from her church.
