Emily Kerr

Emily M. Kerr is a Regional Manager for AW Property Co. She is engaged in all aspects of property operations and manages the North Carolina regional property management, maintenance, and leasing team ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and operational efficiency. Mrs. Kerr has over a decade of experience in healthcare real estate management. Prior to joining AW, she held multiple management positions at Meadows & Ohly overseeing teams responsible for operating medical office facilities for health systems and institutional owners across the Southeast. Mrs. Kerr also supported market expansion initiatives, due diligence and acquisition efforts and strategic planning to drive targeted growth. Mrs. Kerr is a proud alumna of Appalachian State University and remains actively involved in her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, serving in various advisory roles.
