Emily Ferguson

Emily Ferguson is an associate with CBRE in Atlanta and represents office tenants. Her primary focus is representing tenants in the marketing, leasing and subleasing of office space in metro Atlanta, as well as real estate investment purchases for her clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Ferguson worked with Transwestern and was responsible for the marketing and leasing of a portfolio of office properties across metro Atlanta. She identified tenants and maintained broker relationship databases. Ms. Ferguson brings a unique perspective to CBRE, as she is experienced on both sides of the leasing spectrum. Having represented both landlords and tenants, Ms. Ferguson is able to focus on all aspects of commercial real estate leasing.
