Emily Faust

Emily Faust has a background in the more than twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, Emily has worked with a variety of corporate, social, and association clients on all aspects of their meeting and event execution. As a Director of Global Accounts for HelmsBriscoe, she has always called herself the “Real Estate Agent of meeting planning”, focusing on matching her clients’ specifications for their meetings to hotels and venues across the globe. As she has expanded her career to commercial real estate, working with business and property owners just made sense to her. Emily attends the same church as Troy and has kids the same age. Once she learned more about the Gerspacher way, she knew this was the direction she wanted to take with the right company to expand her career. “Iron Sharpens Iron.” Relationship-driven, Emily specializes in negotiations and being her client’s advocate. She is detail-oriented and relentless, treating every transaction as if it were her own. Originally from Pennsylvania, Emily graduated from Penn State University with a degree in hospitality management and played for the varsity field hockey team. She attended Hondros College for real estate and resides in Medina with her husband, Shaun, and two boys, Tyler and Zach.
