Emily Dicks Pipkin

Emily advises tenants on real estate strategy with a customized approach to ensure their space promotes operational success. With a background in commercial real estate technology and a deep knowledge of Nashville, she is experienced in coaching occupier clients through the real estate process. Recognized for her leadership in the industry, Emily was named the 2025 NAIOP Middle Tennessee Developing Leader of the Year and serves on the NAIOP Developing Leaders Board. She is also President of the American Heart Association Young Professionals Board and volunteers with Preston Taylor Ministries. A lifelong resident of Nashville, Emily enjoys spending time on the McCabe Park greenway with her husband, Carter, and their dog, Nellie, as well as exploring new restaurants and spots around town.
