Emily Carden

Emily Carden serves as Senior Associate in Mohr Partners’ Phoenix office where she provides new client insights, acquisitions and real estate solutions for owners, trusts and developers. She works with Phoenix Managing Partner and market leader Jean Jensen to serve our firm’s occupier clients in the state of Arizona. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Emily served as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Commercial, where she provided tenant and developer representation in all types of commercial transactions, including retail, industrial, office, multi-family and land purchase. Emily started her commercial real estate career in 2008 when she had the opportunity for a mentorship in commercial transactions. While completing her education at the University of Southern California, she interned at Corporate Realty Associates, a boutique commercial real estate firm in Beverly Hills. There, she specialized in office and industrial tenant representation. After graduating in 2009, Emily took on clients of her own and emerged as a talented agent, negotiating large office and industrial leases for major tenants like CBS Radio, Consolidated Distributors and Apria Healthcare. Later, Emily transitioned into the retail sector of commercial real estate, representing landlords and developers with BRC Advisors in Beverly Hills. Some of her notable accomplishments there include spearheading the Platform in Culver City and the popular Beverly Drive strip in the heart of Beverly Hills. She graduated from the University of Southern California with bachelor’s degrees in English and political science.
