With more than 15 years of experience, Elliot has handled over 6 billion dollars worth of transactions, working with a broad range of leading investors including REITs, pension funds, and high net worth private capital. In his role, Elliot advises REITs, pension funds, and high net worth private capital on the acquisition and disposition of income producing assets and development land. Prior to joining TD Securities, he was an Executive Vice President on Jones Lang Lasalle's (JLL) Capital Markets team and served as Practice Lead, managing 5 professionals. Elliot was a National Top Producer at both JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, Elliot's former workplace prior to JLL. Elliot holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lynn University in South Florida and is a licensed realtor.
