Elizabeth’s experience includes multi-tenant office leasing, retail project leasing, and representing the interests of local and national clients, including disposition of REO assets. Her strategic marketing and leasing initiatives allow her to determine the local demographic and target operators for a specific site. Her attention to detail during lease negotiations ensures a smooth execution for both the tenant and landlord. She takes special care in listening to her client’s needs and assures the desired outcome. Elizabeth is fluent in English and Spanish. Prior to joining Hudson Peters Commercial, Elizabeth was an Associate at Bright Realty where she was an essential part of the developer’s commercial sales and leasing team. She represented multiple assets including a multi-million dollar mixed-use development with 150,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office in North Dallas. Prior to Bright Realty, she was the Operations Manager and Executive Team Lead for Newmark Knight Frank, a global commercial real estate company.
