Owning my own brokerage company enables me to offer my clients a nimble, personalized and focused approach to their real estate needs which coupled with my extensive experience in business has honed my abilities in customer service, negotiations, communication, and the ability to come up with solutions in difficult situations. I have gained much from many rich experiences living and traveling in other countries and cultures. I have learned firsthand that one of our most overlooked American freedoms is the acquisition, use and sale of Real Estate. I also learned that Colorado was one of the best places on earth to live. I care deeply about what is occurring here on the Plains of Northeast Colorado, and as such have served as Mayor Pro-tem of Hudson, on the Board of Directors for United Power, Inc., as well as on many other non-profit boards and committees. I continue to actively pursue education opportunities and as such have acquired the invaluable and prestigious Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation as well as Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, etc. I truly feel passionate about the business of Real Estate and am dedicated to not only assisting people to sell & purchase real property but hope that after our real estate transaction is complete, I might also have gained a new friend.
