Elijah Wieberdink serves as an Associate Director in the Savills Minneapolis office, where he delivers strategic guidance and support to clients, drawing on extensive experience in commercial real estate and deep market insight. Elijah specializes in tenant representation, with expertise in lease renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic planning. He is consistently offering transparent and innovative solutions to meet client objectives. Prior to joining Savills, Elijah was a Senior Advisor at Cresa Minneapolis, where he developed tailored real estate solutions by closely aligning with client needs and strategic business goals. In this role, he assisted in managing complex global corporate portfolios across various industries, including medical devices, insurance, food and beverage, industrial adhesive, and metal manufacturing. He has experience working across multiple markets nationwide, in Canada and Latin America. Elijah began his career at Lee & Associates, where he prospected over 1,000 industrial contacts, performed property assessments, prepared broker’s opinions of value, analyzed rent rolls, underwrote proformas, and identified opportunities for industrial development. In addition to his professional experience, Elijah gained early exposure to the commercial real estate industry through his family’s holdings across industrial, office, retail, and restaurant sectors. He has since expanded his own portfolio with multifamily investments in the Twin Cities.
