Elijah is a Commercial Real Estate Agent with PWA Properties, working alongside the multifamily brokerage team to deliver expert-driven brokerage services across Knoxville and East Tennessee. Building on his background as a licensed Tennessee real estate agent and property manager, he brings a grounded, people-first approach to commercial real estate. Prior to joining PWA, Elijah served as Senior Resident Specialist with FIG Property Management, where he helped bridge the gap between residents, owners, and internal teams to create housing experiences rooted in transparency, accountability, and care. He contributed to FIG’s mission of raising the standard for property management in East Tennessee — improving communication systems, streamlining processes, and championing resident experience. His experiences shaped his belief that operational excellence and empathy can coexist, and he carries that same philosophy into his work in commercial real estate: that real estate, at its core, is about stewardship — of people’s investments, properties, and trust.
