Eli Marcus

Mr. Marcus joined Meridian in 2024 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s 950 3rd Avenue office. He specializes in tenant representation in New York City. He also worked at Boston Capital as an Underwriting Assistant and as a Capital Markets Rotational Analyst for Mesirow Financial in Chicago; he interned at these two institutions while attending University. Mr. Marcus holds a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Miami. He was a member of Hillel as well as the club tennis team. Eli helped the UMiami club tennis team win the sectional championship while he attended as well as getting fifth place in the national championships.
