The Elgin and Pilar Walker team specializes in helping families build legacies through buying and selling real estate.Elgin helps families in any market environment, from condos to castles. In 2002, he was honored to receive the Small Businessman of the Year award with the North Valley Chamber of Commerce in the San Fernando Valley. Earlier in his career, Elgin was inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame. At his previous company, Keller Williams, he was blessed to receive numerous awards. Some he is proudest of are his 9 consecutive years serving on the Agent (associate) Leadership Council, two consecutive years voted the region culture award winners, certified market center trainer, and consistent top 5% nationwide. Elgin and his team have also published two books, both currently available on Amazon, entitled "How to Keep a Positive Mindset with Challenges on the Table" volume 1 and volume 2.
