Eileen Conn

As Principal Eileen Conn currently oversees a diverse portfolio of assets throughout Los Angeles County. In this role, she supervises a staff of managers and assistants that oversee over 12 million square feet of industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use space. Additionally, Conn engages in project start up and consulting, managing tenant improvements, organizing and implementing vendor contracts, interfacing with clients, and negotiating leases for new and existing tenants. Eileen is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Los Angeles and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In 2017, she served as President of the IREM Los Angeles Chapter. This is the first time in IREM LA Chapter’s history both father (1971) and daughter have served as President. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), and a Facilities Management Administrator (FMA). Eileen also serves on the Board of Directors for California Hospital Medical Center and holds a California Real Estate Broker License.
