Efren Valdovinos is a Consultant at Five Heights Realty Corp. Based in East Los Angeles, he advises clients in Greater Los Angeles, and through-out Southern California. Efren focuses on advising clients on the disposition, acquisition, exchange, and leasing of commercial real estate. He has gained valuable experience by representing Industrial Landlords and Tenants, Investors, and Owner/Users. His mission as a broker is to help clients achieve their investment goals. He provides custom strategies and highly targeted marketing. He develops customized campaigns for each client by utilizing the best technologies available. Prior to his real estate career, Efren operated a Downtown Los Angeles based wholesale business specializing in imported groceries and confections. Efren's work history also includes public service as a Project Manager for the City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Office, as a Field Deputy for a U.S. Congresswoman and a California Assemblyman. Efren is a graduate of Long Beach State University and holds professional certificates from the University of Southern California and Urban Land Institute (REAP).
