Edward Smith

Mr. Smith joined King Industrial Realty in January of 2007 and brings over 22 years of experience in real estate and corporate sales to the King team. Prior to joining King, Mr. Smith was Director of Acquisitions for an Atlanta developer. As an Associate Broker, Mr. Smith focuses on tenant representation and leasing/selling of industrial properties with a particular emphasis on the Chattahoochee Industrial District and the Tucker / Stone Mountain sub-market. Most recently, Ed partnered with Bill Johnston to represent Pattillo Industrial Real Estate on over 696,000 square feet of lease/sale properties.
