Edward is a native of California and launched his career in real estate in the late 1990's when he purchased his first home, remodeled it and selling it for a generous profit just two months later. Immediately realizing his passion for Real Estate, Edward began taking real estate courses, received his license and began flipping homes as well as building a personal portfolio in both residential and commercial properties. Throughout his career, he was a consultant to several Fortune 500 companies and start-ups in the Real Estate and Entertainment industries leading teams in negotiations of multi-million dollar projects and contracts in construction, services and real estate saving companies millions of dollars.
