Edward Fryzer
Ed is responsible for the strategic analysis of portfolio initiatives across Pembroke’s Nordic portfolio including the research, underwriting and execution of new asset management, development and investment opportunities. He also works closely with the asset management team to support lease evaluation and capital project management and is responsible for the valuation of the Nordic portfolio and investor reporting.In 2018, Ed relocated to Stockholm from London, where he supported the asset management of the UK portfolio, overseeing external property managers and consultants and preparing and implementing property business plans. He was also responsible for portfolio valuation and the financial evaluation of development and investment opportunities. Prior to joining Pembroke, Ed worked in asset management for a Big Four firm.
