Ed began his real estate career in Dallas in the 70's, working in multifamily brokerage and development. He has been involved in many aspects of the multifamily industry including market identification and research, financial and marketing feasibility studies, site selection and acquisition, and development coordination for national apartment developers. In 1980 he co-founded Pace Realty Corporation and is responsible for creating and implementing the company's business strategies and growth opportunities.
