A native of Gastonia NC, Eddie Blair graduated from East Carolina University in 1972 with a BS/BA in Business with a Concentration in Real Estate. He moved to Cary in 1975 and has held a North Carolina Real Estate License since 1985 when he began his career in real estate. Eddie earned his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 1993. He is a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, the North Carolina CCIM Chapter, and the Triangle Multiple Listing Service. His commercial real estate practice is primarily focused in the Raleigh / Cary / Research Triangle Park Region of North Carolina. His areas of concentration include tenant, landlord, buyer, and seller representation in the sale and leasing of land, office, flex, retail, and industrial properties.
