Edward Biskind

Ed brings over 30 years of executive experience to Vesta in all aspects of real estate investment, management and development. With particular expertise in multi-family housing, his background has run the gamut from hands-on field construction to acquisition/rehab and ground-up greenfield development of retail, office and hotels. Ed's career began in Cleveland in a family-owned home building and commercial real estate enterprise. He has operated InterCapital, based in Chicago, since the early 1990s, focusing on the development and operation of landmark multifamily assets, power centers, town homes, and luxury for-sale, single family communities throughout the United States. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and holds an MBA degree from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
