Edmund Gardner III
Ed Gardner is proud to be the Owner/Broker of Gardner Real Estate Group, one of Portland’s favored real estate companies. With over 35 years of real estate experience, he has the tools, knowledge, and zeal to skillfully navigate you through your next real estate transaction. For decades he has connected buyers with the right properties and sellers with the right transaction. He understands how unique each client is and how individual their needs are. This skill has been honed through hundreds of transactions from single-family homes to condos to multi-family buildings to large development projects. The communities he lives and works in are what fuel his passion for real estate. He has had the pleasure of serving as the president of the Greater Portland Board of REALTORS in 2014 and the president of the Maine Association of REALTORS in 2016. His hard work representing the REALTOR organization has built him a respected name in the world of real estate. Serving with and giving back to local organizations in his community has led him to leadership roles with the Friends of the Eastern Prom, Greater Portland Landmarks, Norway Savings Bank, and the Equality Community Center as a founding member. Not only does this work enrich the culture of his community, but it has also awarded him the keen knowledge needed to best guide his clients to their greatest investment.
