With a strong background in construction, Edgar brings invaluable expertise in site evaluation, cost analysis, and development feasibility, ensuring his clients maximize their investments. Before transitioning to commercial real estate, Edgar served as a Project Manager at EVE Contracting, where he oversaw the construction of single-family luxury homes, multifamily developments, and hotel projects across metro Atlanta. His experience managing large-scale projects—including sites for Holiday Inn & Suites and WoodSpring Suites—equips him with a deep understanding of development challenges and construction efficiencies. With a unique blend of market insight, strategic acumen, and construction expertise, Edgar is committed to delivering exceptional results for institutional investors, developers, and corporate entities seeking to capitalize on high-growth opportunities in the multifamily and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Edgar was Project Manager at EVE Contracting. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a member of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
