Serving North & South Carolina with our core office located in Charlotte, NC. Eddie Blanton, CCIM, began his commercial real estate career back in 1996. While initially operating as a leasing agent and property manager, he has since specialized in the areas of retail and investment brokerage. Eddie holds real estate broker licenses in both North and South Carolina. He was awarded the CCIM Designation in May 2001. He was the North Carolina CCIM Chapter's President in 2010. Blanton has served as a Member of the CCIM Institute's Board of Directors since 2013. Today, Blanton continues on the CCIM Institute's Board of Directors as a Past President after his service as the CCIM Institute's 2020 Global President. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors; the North and South Carolina Association of Realtors; the CCIM Institute and the North & South Carolina CCIM Chapter's. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). Blanton enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events and being active as a volunteer in his community. He founded The Blanton Foundation, a non-profit organization providing financial and volunteer assistance to local and regional charities. Eddie enjoys Commercial Real Estate with a passion.
