Ed Belmares

Ed Belmares is an agent with Belmares Properties and the owner of IConnect, LLC, a management consulting firm focused on business strategy and business management consultancy to small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to joining Belmares Properties and beginning his own management consulting firm, Belmares served as the Chief Operating Officer for KFW Engineers and Surveying, Assistant City Manager for the City of San Antonio, and Vice President of Business Operations for CPS Energy. Belmares has been civically engaged throughout his career. He is currently a Trustee for the San Antonio Water System (SAWS), the Chair of the San Antonio Board of American Heart Association and formerly the Chair of the March of Dimes board, board member for San Antonio Mission Heritage Society, and board member for the United Way of Comal County. Belmares has a Master of Science in Public Administration from Trinity University and Bachelor’s in Sociology from Our Lady of the Lake University. He is married to Niki Belmares and they have three children, Stevie, Marisol, and Diego.
