Dylan York

Dylan York joined Marcus & Millichap in May of 2022, and currently serves as an associate on the Silva Braly Multifamily Team. He is also a member of the inaugural cohort of the William A. Millichap Fellowship, a rigorous 24-month training program for a select group of rising young commercial real estate professionals from across the country. Dylan uses his strong communication skills to build mutually beneficial relationships with his colleagues and clients. In his first year and half with the team, he helped facilitate the successful closing of over 20 multifamily properties throughout the DFW Metroplex. Before joining Marcus & Millichap Dylan graduated cum laude from the Neeley School of Business at TCU, where he studied entrepreneurship and finance. In college he gained real world experience through internships with real estate firms Fort Capital and Citadel Partners. As a fifth-generation Fort Worthian, Dylan is passionate and knowledgeable about the local area. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, attending concerts, and traveling.
