Dylan Tighe
Dylan is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in finance and operations. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Colonna Brothers Inc., a position he has held since November 2022. With over two years of experience in this role, Dylan oversees the company's operations, ensuring streamlined processes and efficient management. Prior to becoming COO, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Colonna Brothers from March 2022 to November 2022, and as a Financial Analyst from September 2020 to March 2022, where he developed his expertise in financial management and analysis. Before joining Colonna Brothers, Dylan gained valuable experience during his internship with Sidewalk Labs (a part of Google) in the Greater New York City Area in 2019. There, he collaborated with the FP&A team on multiple projects, utilizing platforms like Coupa, BigQuery, Data Studio, and NetSuite. Dylan also developed dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identified key metrics to guide leadership decisions. Additionally, Dylan interned with Peloton Interactive in 2018, where he created a custom expense tracker to help the creative department stay on budget, identify inefficiencies, and increase overall efficiency. With a strong foundation in finance, operations, and data analysis, Dylan has built a successful career helping companies optimize their financial and operational performance.
