Dylan Rotchford

Dylan Rotchford is an Associate and joined Retail Sites, LLC in 2022. He is responsible for leasing the firm’s projects, sourcing new acquisitions, and assisting in new project development activities. He has worked with national, regional, and local tenants, institutional investors, family offices, and owner-operators. Dylan is a graduate of The University of Mississippi with a B.A. in Finance. Before joining Retail Sites, LLC, he was with Bennett Realty & Development, working on Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation, and Investment Sales. Before Bennett Realty & Development, Dylan was a Property Manager for Levin Management Corporation, managing open-air shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial properties in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Dylan is Argus Certified through the Altus Group.
