Dylan Irving

Dylan joined Velocity in January of 2025 as our Director of Leasing. He started his career as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor for Cresa where he exclusively represented tenants in commercial real estate transactions. Following Cresa, he spent a few years in several sales roles which included an array of industries such as real estate, SaaS, and FinTech. He would later join Lee & Associates as a Senior Associate where he provided advisory and tenant representation services. Dylan is a graduate of Temple University with a bachelor’s in business administration. In his free time, he practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys biking, running, and yoga.
