Dylan Cruz

Dylan graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Rhetoric. His passion for commercial real estate began early in his college career. As a sophomore, he managed a multifamily property, overseeing daily operations and raising enough capital to fund six (6) major renovations. He later worked with Artis REIT, one of the largest diversified real estate investment trusts in Canada, which owns eight-teen (18) prominent properties in the Middleton, WI, area. Under the guidance of their Senior Leasing Representative, Dylan gained firsthand exposure to significant transactions, assisting in over 50,000 square feet of office leases, and deepening his understanding of the market and tenant dynamics.
