He graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2019, followed by a Master’s of Science in the same field in 2021. Before transitioning into real estate, Dylan developed a wealth of experience as a sports performance coach in Denver, Colorado. At Landow Performance, he worked with elite athletes, refining his skills in leadership, sales, and program management. His work extended beyond the gym as he also ran his own personal training LLC, building an extensive network and gaining valuable insight into business development and client relations. From 2022 to 2024, Dylan served as Director of Training and Performance at The Basketball Social House, where he managed programs that impacted over 1,000 athletes annually. His responsibilities included managing high-pressure programs, overseeing organizational operations, and maintaining strong client relationships. This experience provided Dylan with an in-depth understanding of financial trends, fiscal responsibility, and the importance of safeguarding client investments—skills that directly translate to his commercial real estate career.
