Dustin Wilmer

Dustin B. Wilmer is Managing Director Investments & Partner of The Wilmer & Danny Group at Marcus & Millichap's San Diego Office. He specializes in the marketing and sales of Manufactured Home Communities, RV Resorts, and Campgrounds Nationwide. Dustin attributes a large portion of his understanding of the intricacies of Mobile Home & RV Parks to his longstanding mentorship from Douglas Danny - Senior Director of the Marcus & Millichap National Manufactured Housing Group since its inception & Senior Managing Director at Marcus & Millichap's San Diego Office. At the beginning of his career, Dustin received Marcus & Millichap's Pace Setter & Rising Star Awards and most recently received the firm's Sales Recognition & National Achievement Award in 2021-2025. In his career, Dustin has successfully sold over 300 Mobile Home and RV Parks amassing nearly 30,000 Sites, providing his clients with an excess of $1.6 Billion and counting. In 2024, Wilmer & Douglas Danny exclusively listed and sold the Point Dume Club of Malibu representing this highest price per site Manufactured Housing Community ever to sell in history for $200M+. Dustin is currently one of the Top Manufactured Housing & RV Resort Sales Associates at Marcus & Millichap Nationwide. Originally from Maryland, Dustin received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Towson University in 2008, holds Real Estate Licenses in California and Nevada and is currently working to achieve his CCIM designation and California Brokers License. He has developed strong interpersonal, sales, and leadership skills through his extensive management background in the hospitality and entertainment industry. In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his 13-year-old daughter, Madilyn. He also enjoys reading, camping, and playing the guitar.
