Dustin Tenney

Dustin is SVP of Retail specializing in Landlord & Development Rep across the Southeast, but based in Greenville, SC. Prior to beginning a career in commercial real estate, Dustin was a coach and high school educator in Oklahoma and in South Carolina. During his teaching career, he taught U.S. and World History and coached basketball and baseball – winning two state championships in baseball and getting to the semi-finals in basketball. Dustin excels at client relations, negotiations, and prospecting. Dustin has worked on several major developments and redevelopments in South Carolina, including Burdette Central (Simpsonville), BridgeWay Station (Mauldin) and 100 Gordon Street (Greenville) that is currently under construction for women's Safe Harbor home and rehabilitation facility. In 2025, Dustin and three partners purchased the SVN BlackStream franchised and rebranded to SVN Palmetto, with locations in Greenville, Charleston and Charlotte. Dustin, his wife Christina, and their three children, Ezekiel, Lorelei and Asher, live in Simpsonville, SC and they attend Upstate Church – Harrison Bridge where they are active members.
