Dustin Byington

Growing up in the family contracting business, Dustin has an extensive experience in both Residential and Commercial Construction. He got his first taste for Real Estate flipping houses during the housing boom in his hometown of Seattle, Washington. This led to a job as a residential agent with Prudential Real Estate in Seattle. Finding that his extensive construction background was more suited to the Commercial/Industrial side of Real Estate, Dustin made the move in 2007 to Los Angeles to work with Heger Industrial. Here he specialized in tenant representation within the 3PL and Trucking Industries. In 2009 Dustin moved over to Lee & Associates – South Bay to become part of the South Bay Logistics Team. Here he specializes in the Port Market Areas of both Long Beach and Los Angeles.
