Duncan Yang
Duncan Yang is a Partner in EY’s Strategy and Transactions – Real Estate practice, where he is responsible for various valuation, strategy and transaction mandates in the real estate sector. Duncan has over 13 years of experience, including time spent in EY’s consulting practice, supporting large companies with strategic, operational and performance improvement initiatives. Duncan has been involved in over $5 billion of real estate transactions, including the partial sale of a hotel portfolio in Jasper National Park, disposition of the Walton land portfolio in Alberta and Ontario, and acquisition due diligence for a multi-family apartment portfolio in the US. Duncan has an undergraduate degree in International Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business, and holds accreditations as a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. In addition, Duncan is the real estate broker for EY in Alberta and Ontario.
