Duncan Webster is a Senior Vice President at CBRE’s Waterloo Region office. He specializes in industrial real estate & employment land in the Midwestern Ontario market. Since joining CBRE in 2012, Duncan has been involved in transactions in excess of $800 million dollars including more than 11 Million SF & 1,500 acres of land. Duncan Webster, Ken Surmanski and Michelle Carvajal form one of the Top Producing Industrial Real Estate Teams in Southwestern Ontario. This collaborative group of industry experts focus on developing strategy and execution for owners and occupiers of space, both locally and on a multi-market basis. Duncan’s strong work ethic, real estate education & knowledge of market trends allow him to empower clients to make informed business decisions. Through CBRE’s global platform, Duncan is able to offer superior insight and solutions to his clients. Duncan focuses on developing new business and maintaining client relationships, while delivering high level of service for every unique real estate need. Duncan earned his B.Comm. (Hons), specializing in Real Estate and Housing Management program from the University of Guelph.
