Duane Sadler

Duane Sadler has 20 years experience in the Tulsa and northeast Oklahoma real estate markets, beginning in 1983 when he joined The Rooney Company. Since joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Argue Properties in 1999, Duane has been involved with brokerage and leasing activities including tenant representation, investment brokerage and site acquisition. He recently helped launch an Auction Services Group for the company that provides clients an alternative program to successfully market land, commercial and investment real estate. Duane holds real estate licenses in the states of Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. Some of his more recent transactions involved national companies such as Ralston-Purina, DuPont, Bank of America, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), in addition to local and regional entities.
