Drew Wetherholt is a National Retail, Office and Industrial agent with Marcus & Millichap's Ontario, California office. Drew is a 32 year veteran in the commercial real estate industry. Drew graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Finance / Real Estate. He started with the firm in March 1994 and was promoted to Associate in 1996, Senior Associate in 1998, Senior Investment Associate in 2002, Senior Vice President Investments in 2016, and now holds his current position as Senior Managing Director Investments. Mr. Wetherholt has earned an outstanding ten sales recognition awards, four national achievement awards and is part of the firms prestigious seven-figure club. Drew is a Director of the Special Asset Services Group, a Director for the National Retail Group and a Director for the National Office and Industrial Properties Group. His extensive role as a real estate broker as well as an investor/owner has educated him on all aspects of the commercial real estate field. His vast experiences have allowed him to play an active role in the marketing, negotiation, financing, legality, management, leasing, development, and sales aspects of commercial real estate, all of which makes him extremely knowledgeable within the marketplace. In his spare time Drew enjoys time with his family, surfing and paddle boarding and maintaining a 1,500-gallon reef aquarium in his home.
