Drew Persson

Drew Persson is an award-winning commercial real estate professional with nearly three decades of experience in multiple specialty areas, including CRE expansion and relocation feasibility; global location strategy and site selection methodology; supply chain and real estate process improvement; real estate acquisitions and negotiations; economic development; and ownership services and retention strategic planning. Drew has been the recipient of many awards and recognitions throughout his career, including multiple Co-Star Power Broker awards and was named one of Real Estate New Jersey’s “40 Under Forty” rising stars in the commercial real estate industry in 2008. He also holds several industry trade designations, including the CoreNet Masters of Real Estate (MCR) Designation. He was previously elected to both the Executive Committee of IOREBA in 2010 and the Board of MS New Jersey in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Rider University and an Executive Certificate from The Wharton School for Business Analytics.
