Drew Nielson

Drew joined Avison Young in September 2022 as the Research Coordinator for Vancouver’s Industrial Division. He is responsible for maintaining the active listings database for the Metro Vancouver industrial market, tracking building & land sales/ leases, and providing the Industrial Division with survey reports tailored to their clients’ needs. His career at the company began as an intern in 2021, where he spent eight months gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the industry before returning full-time. Prior to joining Avison Young, Drew graduated from the Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in Entrepreneurship. During his time in university, he was actively involved in the Commerce Students Society.
