Drew Neems

Drew Neems is a Vice President in Northmarq's Miami Office. Prior to Northmarq, Neems served as a Director at Stan Johnson Company, where he opened the firm’s Miami office in 2022. Neems leads a team of capital markets professionals specializing in the disposition, acquisition and capitalization of single-tenant and multi-tenant net lease retail, industrial, office and medical office properties for a variety of private and institutional client-types nationwide. He specializes in accessing private and institutional capital investors for his clients, in addition to providing an array of investment-sale services including disposition and acquisition advisory, sale-leasebacks, 1031 exchanges, valuation services, market-trend and capital market analysis, and build-to-suits. Before Stan Johnson Company, Neems was the Vice President of Investment Sales at Imperial Realty in Chicago, where he led the investment sales team in disposition and acquisition advisory across all commercial asset-classes. Prior to Imperial Realty, he was an Investment Sales Analyst in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets Group. Neems received a bachelor’s degree in business and Finance from the Kelly School of Business, Indiana University.
