Drew Malm

Best known for his integrity and his ability to build relationships, Drew plays a vital role in connecting ACARA’s clients with all the resources of its’ vertically integrated platform. Prior to joining ACARA, Drew developed and ran a brokerage and advisory firm for the past eight years where he assisted a wide array of clients in their land acquisition and disposition efforts, from the nation’s largest public home builders to local boutique developers. Drew has also helped many landowners unlock the value of their real estate and been counted on as a trusted advisor with expertise in all aspects of development. A respected industry veteran with close to a quarter century of experience under his belt, Drew has worked for two of the largest commercial real estate firms in the world, CB Richard Ellis and Colliers International, where he was exposed to a variety of product types and specialized in corporate representation. Originally from the East Coast, Drew was raised in the East Bay and resides in Lafayette with his wife and two sons.
