Drew has focused at retail leasing and sales for over 20 years. Drew joined CB Richard Ellis in March 2001 as a Retail Sales Associate. Drew handles Retail Landlord Leasing Representation, Landlord Acquisition and Disposition of properties, Bankruptcy Disposition and Retail Tenant Representation for local and national clients. Drew has sold restaurants in Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. Previous to joining CB Richard Ellis, Drew worked with Grubb & Ellis|Thomas Linderman doing Landlord Representation for shopping centers, land sales, improved land sales, including convenience stores, and acting as Tenant Representative for both local and national clients. Before relocating to North Carolina, Drew focused on Land Sales, Improved Land Sales, including convenience stores, Landlord and Tenant Representation for retail properties, investment sales including multi-family and restaurant properties in South Carolina.
